maintenance issues during our time here, though when the microwave went kaput, they swiftly purchased
a replacement and coordinated with our schedules on the best time to have it installed. Unlike with other

they need to come to the property (infrequently), and whenever they do come by, it feels more like a friend
visiting than anything else. We are sad to leave our rental on Euclid, but we wish that any new tenants have the same pleasant experience living here that we have."
