Are pets allowed?
Yes some pets are allowed. A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required at signing and a $35/mo. per pet fee will be charged.
What is the security deposit initial fees?
Tenants will need to pay a security deposit equivalent to one months rent plus the first months rent.
How do we apply to rent?
You can apply online by filling out the application. Once we have received and reviewed we will schedule a meeting for you to see the house. The final step will be a credit and background check of which you will be responsible for the $40 cost.
Do you allow for subletting?
No, we do not.
Do you offer rent to own?
No, we do not.
How is rent collected?
We expect our tenants to sign up through Apartments.com for online payments.
